Ticket Delivery

As a digital platform, all movie tickets are delivered electronically. Here’s how your tickets will reach you:

• Digital Delivery: Tickets are sent instantly via email and SMS upon successful payment.
• App Bookings: Tickets can also be accessed anytime under the “My Bookings” section in your account.
• No Physical Shipping: We do not issue or ship any physical tickets. Please present your digital ticket (QR code or booking ID) at the cinema counter.

Ticket Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct ticket exchanges. Once a ticket is booked, it cannot be modified. Please read below for options:

• Showtime or Seat Changes: Not permitted once the booking is confirmed.
• Wrong Booking: If you’ve made an error (like wrong location, date, or showtime), please cancel the ticket within the allowed cancellation window and rebook the correct one.
• Name Changes: Not required. Movie tickets are not personalized, so name changes are not necessary.

Important Notes

• Always double-check your movie, date, time, and location before confirming your booking.
• We do not offer exchanges due to change of mind, late arrival, or missed shows.
• Each booking is subject to the cinema’s policies and seat availability at the time of purchase.
