We understand that plans can change. Here’s how you can cancel your booked movie tickets:

• Cancellation Window: Tickets can only be canceled up to 2 hours before the showtime.
• Partial Cancellation: Not allowed. You must cancel the entire ticket booking (all seats in a transaction).
• How to Cancel:
  • Log in to your account and go to “My Bookings”.
  • Click on the booking you want to cancel and select “Cancel Tickets”.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm cancellation.
• Tickets cannot be canceled at or after the showtime.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed as per the guidelines below:

Eligibility

• Only tickets canceled within the eligible cancellation window are refunded.
• Refunds are not applicable for:
  • Missed shows
  • Late cancellations
  • Partially used tickets

Refund Amount

• A nominal cancellation fee may be deducted per ticket.
• Internet handling charges and taxes may be non-refundable, as per payment gateway rules.
• Promotional discounts or coupons are not refundable.

Refund Timeline

• Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• In case of UPI or net banking delays, kindly check with your bank after 7 working days.

Technical Issues & Failed Transactions

• If your payment was successful but ticket booking failed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.
• If not received, contact us with payment proof for resolution.
